Privacy policy

When you submit a website URL, Sosial processes the URL and publicly available pages, metadata, links, text, and visual brand assets found during the crawl. We also process campaign settings and the generated content needed to provide the service.

If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message.

We use this information to research the submitted brand, produce campaign drafts, detect unsupported claims, render carousel previews, operate and secure the service, and respond to support requests.

You must have authority to submit a website and use its content. Do not submit private, restricted, or sensitive systems.

The current product may send submitted website information and generation instructions to Firecrawl for crawling and to configured Azure OpenAI or Azure-hosted image models for generation. Those providers process data under their own contractual and security terms.

Firebase, payment processing, and social account connections are not currently integrated. This policy will be updated before those systems are activated.

Campaign preferences and saved review drafts are currently stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data removes those local drafts. Provider requests and operational logs may be retained for limited security, reliability, and debugging purposes according to provider settings.

Do not rely on browser storage as a permanent backup. Durable account storage will require a separate migration and updated policy.

You can avoid submitting a URL, clear local browser data, or request information about operational data associated with a support interaction. Contact privacy@sosial.app for privacy questions or deletion requests.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information.
