You may use Sosial only for lawful purposes and only with websites and brand material you are authorized to submit. You are responsible for the URLs, instructions, and content you provide.

You may not use the service to violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, platform, or other rights; distribute unlawful material; probe private networks; or interfere with service operation.

Generated output can contain errors and requires human review. You are responsible for checking accuracy, sources, legal compliance, platform requirements, and suitability before publishing or relying on output.

Sosial's quality checks reduce certain risks but do not guarantee factual, legal, regulatory, or brand compliance.

The service may change, pause, or experience provider limits during early access. Features described as planned or upcoming are not part of the current service commitment.

Pricing shown during early access is not a binding payment offer until billing terms, checkout, and plan entitlements are activated.

You retain rights in material you submit. You grant Sosial and its service providers the limited permission needed to process that material and produce requested output. Rights in generated output may depend on applicable law and provider terms.

The early-access service is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Sosial is not responsible for decisions to publish generated content without appropriate review.
